My husband found a problem (a small puddle and the reservoir low of fluid) with my daughters car as she was leaving to go back to college. Living 3 hours away and not knowing where to take the car U-J Chevrolet was suggested. She had driven the car for 3 hours and the car was checked the next day (by her dad) and there was no puddle under her car and the levels were still good and the reservoir was still full. After speaking to Bobby in service was told to bring the car in. It sat there a whole day before being looked at. This is a 2012 car with less than 70,000 miles. After being "checked" he calls back stating that they don't make this motor anymore and to fix it it needed head gasket, timing chain, seals and gaskets, water pump. For a total price of 6,300.00! Even I know that didn't sound right and I have zero car service experience. I told him my husband would call him back. My husband had spoke to Bobby and told him to get the car ready that our daughter would be coming to pick the car up, and ask him to be sure her levels where good and reservoir was full before she left. As my daughter was paying the $144.72 she ask the lady to have someone to check her levels (as her dad had ask her to). The lady ask Bobby to check her car and as they were walking to her car he said "your dad has only called me four times and told me to do this." Which he had not but even if he had so what! This remark was uncalled for and very unprofessional! Needless to say she got the car and took it somewhere else and it needed a gasket and seal for a cost of $217.00. YES! You read that right! I guess this is how they treat college kids and their parents when they live 3 hours away! I've called to speak to Don Urquhart three times and left messages each time and he still has not called me back. I've called Gerry Smith once and no call back. I really hope GM sends me the survey that Gerry Smith said I may get! If they don't send one I just may ask them for one! By the way he said if I can't mark this survey "completely satisfied" to contact him. I've tried! Guess he doesn't really care about surveys! So if your reading this and your child attends college and home is 3 hours away stay FAR away from this place!

Be careful when trading in your vehicle and financing a new vehicle with this dealership. They will low ball you over $4000 on your vehicle and then add another $6000 on top of the car that youre trying to finance. Dont do business with this place in less you absolutely have to!

Most racist dealership I've ever been to!!!!! if you are military do not go there they do not honor veterans!!!! they lied to me and told me they can only give me a $5 discount off of a large amount!!! I took my car in to get fixed they told me was fixed when my husband looked under my hood none of my parts were replaced Literally hate the call the company to get them to suggest what dealership to take my car to besides them so if you want your car fix properly do not go to U J Chevrolet on airport Blvd
