The service was good, the only issue was a miscommunication regarding service; we wanted a full tune up with new spark plugs installed but only received an oil change along with the warranty work on the ignition coil boots. Still would have given 5* if they didnt immediately say they would not provide a loaner even though it was in for a defective covered by warranty. Overall, still satisfied, but was inconvenienced by having the vehicle in shop for a full week and left scrambling to secure a vehicle to use while service was being done. Hopefully in the future they remedy this situation.

Wow is all I have to say!! This dealership has set the bar. Ive purchased several cars over the years and absolutely hate dealing with dealerships. Northside however, is a completely different experience. Everything they said they were going to do as far as trade in and financials THEY DID!! They went above and beyond for all of it. Highly recommend- Jeremy T. Our salesman was such a refreshing change to what Ive usually felt with. Jeremy and the manager delivered!!
