Absolute worst service. They have so much turnover. I bought a brand new Range Rover which immediately started having problems. I love the car and they look so much that I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix it. Ive owned the car for 10 months and the car has been in the shop a total for one month and its still experiencing the same problems. Service never calls back and has such a disrespectful attitude. Buy a car from them and lemon law your car if it needs requirements. They need a wake up call. Also report the service department to the bbb
The most unprofessional and scummy experience I have ever dealt with regarding a luxury car dealership and salespeople. Please dont bother wasting your time thinking, reserving, and dreaming about a car because this place will sell it to anyone right out from underneath you. I was sitting there in a car that someone else was already in financing for, and then car salesmen told me he could get in an offer faster than they could. This was on a car I reserved the day before and showed up to see when I was scheduled. What kind of place is this? If I wanted to bid on a car like that, I would go to an auction. Im a local person to the area and would be a customer for life. They dont care. Its first come, first serve to them.
Land Rover Newport Beach has by far the best selection of new and pre-owned Land Rovers. I drove for more than an hour to visit the dealership and it was definitely worth the trip. They also provided excellent customer service. Allen Johnson helped me choose the right vehicle and provided excellent service and made me feel very comfortable while making the purchase. Allen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I felt as if he was a personal friend helping me make the right decision. Thank you Allen Johnson. Excellent customer service.

Awful service no parking, i have to go around 2 times the parking lot and finally found one, almost got hit by an employee in the packing lot, one inside i ask for a sales person never show up i ask 3 times never happen, I went to Anaheim hill range rover and bought a $120,000 range rover sport better customer service took me about 1 hour to get my dream car
