DO NOT USE!! They scammed me out of a $199 fee for their "Premiere Membership". I paid the $199, then added a $400 security deposit so I could bid on a car and I lost the opportunity to buy the car because their site said I hadn't added a security deposit. The only reason I signed up was to bid on a particular car, I missed out on it because their website did not work and now they won't give me my $199 back. Paypal offered no protection either. DO NOT send them any money. Use another service.
Buying from a car auction can be a bit stressful but Jason made it super simple for me. He was on top of the process and gave me some good recommendations along the way.
The car I bought was delivered on time and the condition was just as when I saw it before bidding. I took my time to visit the auction yard and look at the car prior to finalizing the purchase. I think that was the best decision, as it gave me clarity.
Dear Steve, We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not met your expectations. Refund requests must be made through your Member Account and may not be made in writing or verbally. Without such request we can not proceed with the refund as a customer may want to use it to bid on another vehicle. Your complaint has been forwarded to appropriate department. In a couple of business days you will receive your deposit back. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns, or if we may be of assistance at any point in the future.

I dont post much, but this needs to be brought to peoples attention that may want to do business with SCA auctions. I paid the $1000. Dollar deposit just to be able to bid on the SCA auction site. Nervously gave them all requested information. I had several things I was watching to bid on that were several days before auction start. After placing a pre-bid on a motorcycle, the day of the auction it said unavailable ? Two other items of interest went the same way, Unavailable . These guys are cherry picking the inventory. If theres little interest or low bidding, its all the sudden unavailable . To add insult in trying to do business with SCA, they kept my deposit for 3 months. They told me it would be refunded in a few days. When I called to check on it, was being processed. That was 5 months ago. I finally got a conformation email saying its requested but still no money. Going to escalate pressure on SCA and credit card company is getting involved as well. SCA has made no apologies, could care less. They attempted to scam me and almost succeeded. My warning to you is dont give them your credit info, unless your willing to throw your money away.
