Made a very early appointment for work to be done on my car. Dropped car off at 7am came back@2PM after I got off work. Said it be another hour had two little things left to do. After two hours later they said they had one one thi g to do. Finally at 5:55 PM they were done . Found out they never started work on my car until after 2:00 PM that day Very unhappy customer

If I could give zero stars I would! The service department is TRASH they overcharged me for a problem they said they were going to fix. Then when I get my car the problem is still there and they try to tell me my payment was only for them to look at the problem. Well thats a huge profit if thats what yall charge a person to look at a problem. NEVER go to Dylan, do not trust his opinion, he needs to be let go.

The service staff is terrible! I am always there atleast 3-4 hours even for just an oil change!
