Horrible horrible horrible!!! They've had my almost brand new car from damn near two months! They lied about fixing something on my car and they lied straight to my face about my car being serviced before I bought it! Was never serviced! I will never deal with these people again and I would advise everyone else to do the same!

Poorest service manager I have ever seen. Owner would not do anything. I recommend not to buy any vehicle from them.

With the help of salesman Curt Ware, I was able to find the exact used truck I was looking for. The price and service were exceptional, The staff was professional with no pressure. I highly recommend Douglas Dodge, No matter where you live, it's worth the drive to Clinton IL.

I was in the process of driving a 2013 used truck when my wife happened across Douglas Dodge. I had found a 2019 they had for sale days earlier but figured there was a catch or something I was overlooking, and being almost an hour away I just wrote them off. My wife insisted that we give them a look as the 2019 they had posted has 12,000 miles on it, more options, a full manufacturers warranty and obviously 6 years newer. I will say making that drive was one of the many great ideas my wife has made me think was mine . I got a 2019 Ram quad cab program vehicle with the Hemi V8, full factory warranty and premium treatment from the entire team at Douglas Dodge. Ive shared my experience with everyone Ive met looking for a newer vehicle. We will be returning for our next auto undoubtedly.

If I could give a negative star I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had. I dont usually leave bad reviews but this place from the top down is terrible. I made a complaint to the owner and he talked over me and didnt listen to my issue and just wanted to make excuses as to why I was lied to multiple times as to how long my car would take to get repaired. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go here for even an oil change.
