I have to give these guys three stars the reason being is the staff or not really too friendly but they do have the ability to in my opinion upsell product which isnt really professional but I understand it is a job the installation that I had done there at one point was very decent but there are better places so do your research before you go there,The installers are very knowledgeable as well as the window tint guy,The front desk is my concern

It was a great place when the family used to run it. I brought all of my cars for window tinting here but wont ever again. Now they have a scammer in charge. This guy does not care about the customer. I caught him charging other customers way less than me. When I confronted him, he said he was charging me extra because my car was European. Folks, I drive a small VW golf. He was quoting the customers with BMW, Toyota, SUVs, trucks, etc. less than me. The owner should look into this.

These guys are awesome, they took care of an annoying rattle on my 2001 BMW M5's original factory subwoofers and they exceeded all my expectatiopns, believe me when I say I am picky. I do not let anyone touch my car. Dave, Doug and Brian are the best, they even put my car inside when it had to stay there during rainy days and took excellent care of me, called me when they needed authorization and permission to do more work and communicated well. I recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done, they are professionals. Tell them Koorosh over at BMW Concord sent you, family owned and operated for over 27 years. They are local, live up to their reputation, take pride in quality of their work and customer satisfaction.

I'm still on the fence about these guys. I got charged for 2 hours for a basic radio install. Then I had problems and took it back. Of course they wanted more money and claimed it took more work 2 more hours due to a bad install. Now the kicker is I didn't have a problems with the system which was put in years before. It would still be in use if my car wasn't burglarized. Never the less they got me back jamming and the sound hits harder than before. Yet my back up camera and dash speaker are now inop.I can't say for sure if the guys put as much work as they billed me for in to my vehicle. I can't say if I will go back or not to be honest. I get you have to pay for good service but I recommend making sure you know what needs to be done. Most of getting a second opinion on the work quoted to keep everyone honest.
