I should have read the reviews before I went here. This place is a joke. I traded my 2014 BMW 535 AH, for a leased 2016 Ghibli, I went on the last day of the month and the computers were down so they couldn't transfer my tag. The salesperson Hannah , who I loved and adored came out Monday to tell me they sold me the wrong car and they would have my car shipped in 7 days. (No problem right?) wrong , I gave my proof of income and was contacted the same day. Gave my taxes and that wasn't enough. The 3rd day Wednesday they asked for cashed checks and a months bank statement which I provided, no problem. Then I was told they needed three months bank statements. I told them I wanted my car back and they could have their car back , I wasn't buying a house and I didn't need the BS. I asked for my refund and was told 5 days ,I texted my salesperson and was told that the car was already financed and the finance manger was an idiot. I told them all I wanted was my money back after all the shenanigans I went through and the GM called me and said that I was passing up the "deal of a lifetime " I said that deal should have been completed last week and you want me to take ownership over a car because now you have to cars on your lot you can't sell. I am still dealing with this BS since 5/4/2016. I looked on my Chase bank account today 6/1/216 and saw that the car in fact was still financed to me. I had to call the bank to make sure that I didn't have to pay and have any financial responsibility for their mistake. I don't have my refund and definitely will never refer anyone to the shiesty place !!!!! Now I have to contact my banks to dispute everything and I get to jump through more hoops. NEVER GO HERE!!! (Response to owner) Do I want Frank the GM to call me ??? No , he was a part of the problem !! I have talked to him , in person and on the phone and wouldn't want to hear his voice if you paid me. I should have received my deposit back weeks ago and when I checked my Chase bank account the car was already financed and placed on my account. I feel like I have been swindled and made a fool of. I had to contact Chase , just to make sure that I wasn't liable for the payment. A whole month and I am still dealing with this ????

Ill purchase a Maserati from a different dealership so I asked Maserati of Jacksonville to check it out and make sure everything was good on it I scheduled a service one day and thought I was good I called back the day of the service to confirm my appointment and they didnt have me in the system so So I had to explain everything all over again and get my appointment set up for the day once I arrived there was no one at the service desk so there for 15 minutes waiting multiple service techs walked by and no one spoke to me and the address for the dealership is incorrect on every platform I had to call them directly to get the right address by far the worst experience Ive had with a luxury car dealership
