After reviewing ad for one of their used car, i made an hour long trip to their Ogden location. Only to find out the features they mentioned in their ad, on their own website as well as other sites, didnt exist in the car. Also car had scratches, color peeled off that they didnt mention when I specifically inquired about it over the phone. Sales person wasnt prepared, had to wait for keys, very unorganized. Best to avoid but in any case dont trust anything you read or they tell you over phone.. No one expects cheap trickery from a luxury car dealer. They are not.
Thank you for your review Mr. Jacobs. While we wish we could change the past, the best thing we can offer is a second chance to change the future views of this dealership. As of October 11, 2019 Naperville Italian Motorworks and Maserati/Alfa Romeo/Fiat of Naperville are under new ownership. We are now Naperville Italian Autos. Even though you posted your review over a year ago, we still care! We would like to hear more about your experience with the prior management to see if there is anything we can do. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly. With Warmest Regards, Laura Hecht Internet Sales & Social Media Manager Naperville Italian Autos 331-229-8125

Terrible experience. Avoid this dealer. I drove 2 hours to look at a car that they misrepresented. I asked for detailed reports on the condition which was described like new. When I got there I discovered the had taken pictures of every part of the vehicle except where there was damage. Not only did they refuse to repair it but also said they would not discount it either. We left after spending 2 minutes looking at a car that took 4 hours round trip.
Billie- Thank you for leaving us the 5 star review. We appreciate you taking the time to do so.

Great service center very professional and friendly. The staff make you feel like family. And the owner of the dealership is there onsite to oversee all operations.
I leased a Maserati quattroporte from this dealership for several years. The process was easy from beginning to end. Due to the unique quirks of Maseratis, I became very familiar with the service department. Every visit was smooth and easy. I cant say enough about being able to get a loaner that is the same make as your car - after dealing with other dealerships, Ive come to realize how nice this is! I purchased a tire and rim package when I signed my lease - and I definitely got my moneys worth with all the changes I had done - Im pretty sure they knew me by name after the third or fourth time So many dealerships are great during the sale phase of the the transaction, but everything after can be subpar - this definitely was not the case here! That Maserati will always have a fond place in my heart - it was super expensive to maintain, but it sounded amazing and was fun to drive that it made it all worth it. Im sure Ill be back in the future for another one!
DECIETFUL AND MISLEADING PRICING PRACTICE: DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT go to this dealership. I agreed to purchase a used Mercedes from this dealership at the asking price that was listed on their website. After agreeing to purchase the car I asked their finance manager to provide me a sales contract to submit to my bank for payment. When I received the contract the final price was thousands of dollars higher than we agreed to due to a service charge they added. I asked what the additional services were and found that 90% of these services are covered by normal car insurance or the cars warranty. When I told them I didn't need the services I was told , "We need to make money on the sale of the car and this charge helps them do this". This was confusing because I had agreed to pay their initial asking price for the car. When I told them that wouldn't work for me they then asked if I was willing to finance the car through them. The interest rate they were offered was 0.5% HIGHER than I could get somewhere else so I declined (When asked why they couldn't at least match the rate again he told me again, "We needed to make money on the deal"). Their finance manager told me I could take this loan so they can make money on the deal and then refinance 6 months later at a lower rate. So let's recap they want me to pay more than the agreed upon amount and the take a loan tha would cosr me more money..NO THANK YOU!!!!!!
