I'm sorry you're not Happy. 3 weeks is how long our current backlog is. We're so busy and trying to keep up with the demand. I tried explaining to you that there are people who have left their items to be machined and understand we're trying our best. I'm sorry but they are in line in front of you. I'm sorry you were disappointed in our service. We are reviewed well because we take care of our clients. I do think there is some confusion however. As you said, you declined the service and we did not perform the brake flush for you. Which means we didn't touch your bleeder screws, Which means we didn't cross thread your bleeder screws. Due to the Utah weather and salt used on the roads, bleeder screws will become stuck from rusting into the caliper & seizing up. The largest expense of performing a brake flush is the labor to remove these screws without breaking them. The wheel cylinder has the same issues. Also on some vehicles, performing a brake flush requires the use of a scan tool to actuate the ABS valve to bleed the brakes properly. I'm sorry your bleeder screws were stuck but that was from no cause of us as we did not touch them. I wish you had reached out to me to see what I could have done to help you.

I had a rotor break in half seeing how well they were reviewed I had the van towed to them to do the repair. They replaced both rotors and brakes. Then told me the system need bled for and additional 138 dollars, the kit costs 9 bucks to do it I told them no. when we went to do it we found we couldn't get a tire off because one of the lug nuts was jammed in the socket. when my husband tried to just reach it the bleeder pin it was cross threaded and stuck too. If you get them to do a good job your lucky
