I purchased my Land Rover from a dealer in Baldwinsville, NY and found shortly after that it had a major issue. It couldn't be serviced locally so I called these guys. It was flat-bedded from B'ville to Rochester four times. This would have been an absolute nightmare if it wasn't for Dan & Ian. I never had to worry if they were going to give up on it and pass the buck, they always continued to reassure me they would get it fixed no matter what. I was never given any sort of excuse or blame, they just got it done. These guys went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. Completely terrible service. Brought my Range Rover here to be service, it was there over a week and a half. When I finally got it back after only being notified of 2 things wrong with the car (which I made those repairs) my car had to be brought back the NEXT DAY. I was almost in a terrible accident as my car came back to me with something wrong with the shifter bushing (something that supposedly goes gradually but there was NEVER a sign of this prior to dropping it off and picking it up). While driving my car was shifting into neutral in the middle of a busy intersection. I later got stuck across the road and could not shift or move my car at all. After notifying the service center, very upset, I got a voicemail claiming that the service center had warned me about numerous other problems with my car (which I NEVER heard about). Due to their negligence, I asked when picking up my car a second time if they would waive the labor fees seeing that the service manager had even taken responsibility on behalf of his service writer for failing to tell me about serious issues with my car. I basically was just degraded and told he could charge me up to $10,000.00 for repairs on my car. I feel completely taken advantage of an will NEVER bring my car here again. I am getting rid of my Range Rover ASAP so that I don't have to deal with such an unprofessional dealership. BEWARE LADIES THEY CLEARLY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN HERE!!!!
