I've been having my truck serviced at Pritchards since I bought from there in 2015. For the second time I have brought it in for service and asked them to rotate my tires. And for the second time they told me they didn't do it because they didn't think it needed it. If they don't want to do what I ask them to I will gladly find a different place to do my business.
Bought 4 new tires, approximately $850. Nobody mentioned a warranty, so we thought that like a lot tire manufacturers, it was included with cost of the (expensive) tires. After 1 week, my husband said he thought a valve was leaking...then, another one...until ALL FOUR seemed to be leaking! Took it back to Pritchard's, and NO, NO WARRANTY, ("the guy who sold the tires longer works for us") AND ALL FOUR VALVE STEMS WERE LEAKING!! WE HAD TO PAY FOR PARTS, LABOR & "EXPERTISE" (whatever THAT means to these guys!!!) to have ALL FOUR VALVE STEMS FIXED!! I agree with the guy who said "Go somewhere else ~ ANYWHERE ELSE"!!! Am now in the market for a car, but WILL GIVE THESE GUYS A WIDE BERTH!! I'D RATHER WALK IN THE SNOW!!! We're on a fixed income...so you'd better be WEALTHY when you walk into THIS place!!!!
One call did it all. My brothers F250 broke down on the side of the road. Called them and not only did they get it towed to there shop, they had it diagnosed the next day and repaired a few days later. On top of that, they gave my brother a loaner car. Very professional in my opinion. And all this was done over the phone.
Customer support for a dealership is horrible came in to ask what the original specs were for factory parts I was told that I cannot help you with that I am here to sell parts not give you information the parts guy is very rude and disrespectful and that is very unprofessional the Forest City location needs to get a different parts guy
