Buyer be aware from this place. If you already purchased a car they would stop helping you. The dealership and it's third part is lazy and practice of bad communication. I purchased my Jaguar F-pace 5 weeks ago. Both finance manager & sales rep had told me that it would take me 2 weeks to transfer the plate. Sales guy reaches out to me two days prior to my temp plates expiring that I need an address change but doesn't give me all the information and has fully stopped responding to my email. One word, shameful. The other person from the dealer reaches out, which also lacks general knowledge on how the transfer works. Thier third party creates my NJ driver license just to get into the system to transfer plates but doesn't inform me that I have NJ driver license and address can be changed. I found that myself by going to DMV. Now I have been told it's going to take another week or so for transfer. I am without car, didn't go to work and disrupt all my plans because I have no plates. While I have emailed the dealer and they have stopped responding. That's absolutely pathetic and poor service. They slept on the registration and made a mess. Instead of taking responsibility they rather argue back to you while you as a customer are stunned by their unprofessionalism.

I had a bad experience with staff at service, they're not as professional as I thought they should be knowing that its the Jaguar Dealership, the lady at the desk seems to get upset a little too fast if things dont go her way so quickly became a little rude. i wont ever be going there again.
Cheryl worked hard to find the preferred make, model, colour and options to meet my criteria. Car successfully sourced and delivered today. Helpful session to familiarize me with the car, setup phone etc. All worked out very well in the end - a good sales experience. The F type convertible looks great in Indus Silver btw.

Terrible place and even worse people. Need a loaner while your cars being fixed? Theyre booked for two weeks. Need repairs? Theyll charge you twice as much as the place next door. For your own sake, go anywhere else.
