This people absolutely do not care about the customers. I had to buy my maserati from a different dealer ( whole different story) , so I went to the store to inquire a bout extended warranty. The place was a ghost town after I circled around i found like 3 of them in the break room. I looked in there, they stopped chewing just enough to look at me then they went back to eating. So I caught a guy behind a cubicle and he referred me to Lance.
I bought my 2021 Maserati Levante from Maserati in the middle of December. Marcus was my sales guys. He was phenomenal. He cares about every question. And he held my hand through it all. If you are going to get a car from there you must use Marcus. Hes full of knowledge. There is no question you cant ask him that he dont know or will get the answer. I had an appointment with a sales person named Matt to look at a used Mustang, and when I got there to look at the car not only was I informed the at Matt had gone home , but also that he had already sold the Mustang that I had made an appointment with him to look at. I don't blame home for selling the Mustang to someone else who was able to get there before me, but I do think. he should have had the decency to give me a courtesy call the let me know that he sold the car that I was interested in and had made an appointment with him to see. I wasted my time and gas to go out there for nothing ! And now I don't care what kind of deals they may have I will never ever go to Charles Barker Maserati to look at another vehicle for as long as I live!
