All used drive-train components are fully drained and inspected before they ship. We do not replace gaskets and seals on used units and we recommend installers to replace them with new every time. Unfortunately after 7 months this unit came back with large crack in the housing on the outside of the center section which is not covered in our warranty. All components were inspected during the warranty claim and were completely intact on the inside of the unit, but have froze up due to being ran without oil for a long period of time. A replacement was offered at a discounted rate, but was denied. Waterloo Auto Parts has exceeded your expectations for used, new and rebuilt automotive parts for over 30 years. Bought rear axle for my suburban 1500 along with warranty. They did not fill it with fluid. He'll they did even inspect the inside how can I tell the cover gasket was cracked. I replaced that. While driving down the road the pumpkin cracked got it home the gears went out. Now they won't replace. I spoke to Jeremy and I told him I was taking my business somewhere else. And their so called mechanic is a joke
