Mr. Digiacomo came to our dealership and purchased an XF from our showroom. This car was brand new and in our showroom with Cilijet ceramic coating applied to the car. Mr. Digiacomo carefully inspected the car upon his arrival, completed the paperwork and then took the car outside to photograph it before his drive back home. A few days after he was home he brought to our attention that there were serious scratches on the car and the panoramic roof was cracked. He brought the car to another Jaguar dealer where the panoramic roof was determined to be scratched, not cracked. Even though the obvious scratches were not on the car when it left our dealership. Imperial Motors offered to pay to have them professionally removed and the Cilijet ceramic coating be-applied.

He was never pushy, he listened and made sure we were happy! We are so happy that we stopped in at this dealership. If you are on the fence about buying a new car stop by and ask for Doug! You will not be disappointed!
Barely one year ago, My husband and I bought a 4 year old jeep cherokee which turned out to be a nightmare already 15 minutes after leaving the dealership. This car has costed us in repairs, an average of $500 a month so far. The worst experience ever.
