Put a deposit on a truck over the phone. Was told by the salesman he would look at my car in person to try and get me more for my trade in. When we got there the salesman never showed me the truck and only cared about pushing me into the finance office in order to sign a deal we never fully agreed on. At no point were numbers ever discussed. Overall customer service was terrible and the salesman should never do another deal over the phone or through text. Was not transparent at all and was not personable.

0 stars if possible.. Took our Buick there for service on a service bulletin which was checked by Ron at the time of the call. Vin number was given when service call was placed and appointment scheduled.. Went there and was told that service bulletin (for oil consumption issue) did not apply and was Vin specific. I repeat.. VIN was given and checked at time of Call to schedule service and technician agreed it was applicable. I later called buick and lodged a complaint against sherwood for wasting customers time and providing no satisfaction.. Buy your Buicks somewhere else.
