My sister in law purchased a vehicle from here and left a bad review. Her vehicle has issues that could have been caught but did not. The dealership let it fall through the cracks. Also the dealership took it upon themselves to call her after leaving a bad review to tell her its her fault and not theirs. Completely unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone.

I can only assume they do not know what cars are, because they have improperly replaced belts, misdiagnosed engine troubles, and replaced the wrong spark plug multiple times. I have learned so much about auto maintenance by fixing their mistakes.

I had my oil changed and the incompetent technician left the oil bottle in the car rubbing on a belt. I drove all the way to Troy like this and got lucky that my belt didn't break. This is not the first problem I have had with this service department, but I'm stupid and went back because I have a forever warranty as long as I use their service. Instead of trying to resolve the situation the service manager told me to take my car somewhere else. Buying my 4runner from here was a huge mistake. Do not trust these people!!
