Zero Stars if I could. Went in for a noisy seat, and wandering steering in my brand new Wrangler and left with damaged interior panels and anti-seize all over the interior of the Jeep. Basically got the run around on a known steering issue with the new JL Wranglers. Had to call corporate and set up an appointment at Cloquet Chrysler. Cloquet Chrysler fixed the issue and had great customer service. I highly suggest not going to this dealer for service or sales. Stick to Superior Chrysler or Cloquet Chrysler. Both superior dealerships than Duluth Dodge.

Had my Ram 1500 in for routine service. Duluth Dodge was fast and efficient. I would recommend them for service on all dodge and Chrysler vehicles.

Bought a van and after only one payment and less than a 1,000 miles, it had to be put back into the shop for over $900 worth of repairs. None of which are covered by their warranty. My next car will definitely be bought elsewhere.
