I went there to trade my pickup for a new Jeep.The initial deal I was offered was way low for my trade in. I researched online and knew the value of my pickup,very easy to do. After a lengthy wait the sales manager came in and offered a small increase for my truck,s till thousands less than it was worth. When I declined that and told him my trucks value,he proceeded to lecture me about how my truck wasn't worth more than his offer. Seeing this was going no where I left. 5 minutes later he called and wanted me to come back and try another offer. I went elsewhere and got a fair deal. I'm all for dealers making a fair profit. But I don't tolerate being talked down to and having my time wasted.

I bought a used car here a year and a half ago. At only 77,600 miles it has been absolutely nothing but trouble since I drove it off of the lot. I went to trade it in and purchase a more reliable car seeing as I have a 40 minute commute to school everyday, and my car loan is so incredibly upside down that they actually advised I let the bank take it (over $5000). This is my fault as I should have looked up the KBB prior to purchase, but they should be absolutely ashamed. On top of paying for school, I have to pay for a car thats constantly breaking down and only worth 1/3 of what I owe on it. I am now completely screwed (pardon my tacky language) and have no idea how I will commute half of the time without reliable transportation. Do your research before buying a car here and know the value of your purchase.

Overall Im happy I made the drive to see them. Aaron was very nice. Courteous. The deal was smooth. I even had an issue that I wasnt aware would be resolved, resolved without my knowledge. Excellent service even after the deal. I would highly recommend Trinity and Aaron and will happily go back for any future vehicle purchases. Thank you. 2016 Jeep Renegade.

I didn't dislike the place, but my truck is a 1993 Diesel, they can't put it on a computer anymore, they don't carry any parts they say it's to old. What good is a dealer who cannot do service or parts?
