Horrible customer service. Anytime I go there it's as if they are doing NE a favor to spend money there.. Wouldn't take my jeep fenders back because of 30 day return policy...m.even though no damage AzND the charge a 25% restocking fee! Really....! Antiquaited customer service policy. Thank god there are other salvage yards nearby.

Called for a replacement part for my vehicle. Was told they have the part and it would need to be taken off the vehicle. this requires prepayment of the part. I gave them my credit card number over the phone and my card was immediately debited. They told me that they would call me in a couple hours when the part had been pulled. It is now the next day and still have not received a phone call. part was not a very difficult item to pull should have only taken about 10 minutes or less.-- updated. I called them the following day and apparently the part was pulled but no one felt the need to call me to let me know.
The name speaks for itself it's a salvage yard from headlights to hook two doors to even the whole vehicle if you want it you can get it at this location for a decent amount of money
