Ridiculous. I went there and pulled just a headlight and blink for a 2000 blazer and was shocked when they told me it was $50. I offered them 25 for it and he said no then threw the parts in the trashed and i couldn't believe they would rather throw the parts away then get 25 for them. Sounds like a great business motto. I ordered the parts off ebay brand new shipped for $42. Don't waste your time going there. Especially since they also charge for admission. Total joke

Terrible customer service, everyone at this branch is rude. No one seems to know how to talk to anyone with out being annoyed or irritated at them. False advertising on prices, I needed a small Bracket for a engine mount and online it says they charge 15$. Upon Purchase I was charged 28.50, explaining the difference in price with the price list pulled up on my phone's browser, I was insulted, saying i was a idot who didn't understand the pricing list, despite having proof i was right. I then asked to speak to the manager and revived the same response, he wouldn't even look at the pricing online. U pull and pay Denver, you have lost my business.

We go to both locations all the time and sometimes they have the parts and sometimes they don't then again at times I have gone there and they would have just set the vehicle I happened to be coming to get parts off its a junk yard they keep the cars on the lot until all the viable parts are gone just because one person doesn't need the parts still remaining doesn't mean that they should scrap the vehicle in addition the inventory they have is based on when people have wrecks or sell them old cars or however it is they aquire them it is not like they can call and fill there inventory on demand. I too have had some of the employees be short with me but I have also had them be extremely helpful. You have to remember they are the junk yard first line of defense against theft and they deal with that issue all day in and out I guess you have to understand it is a junk yard not a walmart and it is a huge yard I dig u pull and pay and they have saved me and my customers lots of money on a regular basis and I will continue to go there

Pick up your damn phone. Every time iv came here all of the staff have had horrible attitudes. I guess their parents didnt know how to raise polite hard working kids. Thanks for nothing.
