Really I am so sad, when I got Financial from the credit union, they said I did a deal with the car upside down for $11,000 dollars, I am upset but, I can't do nothing, honestly this dealer are a bunch of liars and bad people.
SO disappointed in SO many ways. Purchased 2015 Chevy Cruze brand new in August of 2015. "Lifetime oil changes" is a scam. They will only continue to provide the oil changes if you pay for these "recommended services" along the way. I can remember some of those included the following: "brake fluid flush" this is baloney because the brake fluid is a closed system. "Fuel system flush" baloney again, they wanted to do this at 30,000 miles WAY too early! I forgot the rest of the "recommended" services, but they were silly too. Had a transaxle seal leak, which was a warranty covered repair. My neighborhood mechanic believes this was NEVER DONE, as it is still leaking!! Where is the Better Business Bureau????

I had a great expierence! I went in devestated thinking i would have to buy a new car! I was greeted by Carlos and he made things very smooth and at a fast paste ! He was very informative of what he was doing and how he did things great at updating me. And even finished before the day he stated! I highly sugguest speaking to Carlos at the service department!
