Their Service Department Manager is by far the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. Previously took my vehicle in to get checked out and he had terrible communication and hardly even acknowledged me. Then, when I called later to follow up, he was extremely rude, spoke very aggressively, and talked down to me. I ended that phone call feeling bullied and because of that I will no longer take my vehicle to them. It is unfortunate because I prefer to bring my Jeep to a Jeep dealer and they are the closest to me, however I would much rather drive a longer distance than have another negative experience like this one. Regardless of the amount of a bill or what I was questioning with them, no auto dealership should have this type of customer service on their front line. I am not sure how Krueger Auto and Truck Villa Inc. is okay with this type of image being displayed but I will no longer put myself in the position to be subject to that type of treatment.

This dealership doesn't inspect their cars before selling them & charges full retail. The manager raises his choice when confronted. Do not recommend at all.

Brian has an eye for picking great used vehicles. Better quality used inventory than most. They're not uncomfortably pushy about selling..unlike many auto dealers. Smaller outfit so there is not much variety on their lot. Was not happy with bait and switch tactic considering finance interest rate was expected to be 3.94 then last minute ended up as 5.50. even with 740 credit score. 1.50 difference was blamed on financing bank...but whatever. Verbal agreement for cosmetic repair...as always it best to get things in writing...we will see if Brian follows through. He knows I'm a tough customer and I'm sure he will read this review... hahaha Super friendly staff though. More than likely I will give them my business in the future whether they like it or not. I will recommend them to others.

On multiple occasions my service bill was far greater than expected. A simple oil change would turn into $150-200 because the Service Manager - Scot felt like adding a $60-70 air filter without asking. Most certified dealers would warn you about the need to replace the filter and ask before just racking up the bill, not to mention, these filters are roughly $20 off the shelf and take about 5 minutes to replace. In short, my vehicle will never be serviced here again and I'll be purchasing my next Jeep elsewhere.
