One of your employees drives slower than most traffic while in the left lane of hwy 494. I will not do business with any company that left lane camps, which is illegal. Shame on that employee and shame that he ruined your company's reputation with me. There was a lot of cars behind him trying to pass but he was going slower or similar speed to cars in the other to slow'er lanes. By the way when he flashed his brights at me because I finally got around him I laughed because your lights are not very bright haha nice try.

Terrible. Terrible warranty, terrible products. Was told they had a 1 year warranty and at 13 months old, they completely stopped working. couldn't call get ahold of customer service at FVP directly so I called the retailer and they would not honor the warranty or provide any compensation. I'd love answers from anybody. Please listen to your answering machine and please call me back.

Bought a FVP 27DC marine battery from Menards on 5/28/18. The battery 14 months later is dead. Poor quality battery and a even worse warranty. Live in Michigan and had battery disconnected during winter months. Charged up late 2018 and once to start the 2019 season. Called customer service (08/05/19) and was told nothing they could do for me. I can tell you if a car manufacturer had to replace the batteries put in their vehicles every 12 to 14 months...they would go with a different vendor. Stay away from FVP batteries!
