horrible dealership that's just looking to get every dime they can get out of you. the manager low ball my car by over $2,000 comparing to 3 other dealerships. while they were over pricing a rebuilt salvaged car

I purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLS July 2019. I had two cosmetic issues that I did not notice until I brought the care home. First being broken air vent in the back and second a dent on the inside lift gate door. I've tried for 3 months before they finally told me they WILL NOT fix. I read a review on how they love to sell cars but the customer service, forget about it. I learned first hand. Back to Keeler I go.

I purchased a Lexus nx200t from here last week. Everything was perfect. I cant think of one thing that I can complain about! Zachary Anadio was my sales representative. He was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding me through the car buying process up to and including the financing. I love my car. I highly recommend Maserati of Albany and if you go there make sure you ask for Zach.

worst dealership I ever been to. Service is super rude first they will act all nice and friendly till you buy or lease a car. they will lie to you all they can to make a sale or a lease. when I lease a Maserati Lavante 2017 when the lavante just came out. they told me for lease the oils change or break change only going to be 69.99. thats a lie. after I lease the car less then 5 months. something is wrong with the car I take it back to the dealership. the car miles was only at 2500. guess what they didnt do anything about it. but one thing they do a great job at is whenever you call about something. they do a hell good job hanging up your call. now I go to Massachusetts Maserati dealership. they treat me with respect. super nice people aint like this dealership. 要是你是中国人千万不要来这边买车他们一会种族歧视的有一次我叫我爸爸我车拿过去看一下我爸不会说英语你他们的态度是差到没话可说 可是他们不知道那时候我跟我爸在打电话然后我电话要打过去投诉他们的时候他们直接把电话挂掉了
