My husband and I got our new car from this dealership today and I have no words to express how fair and helpful they were,Russel and Meran did everything under the sun to give us the best deal that we could of possibly find including a full value for our trade in, they were very friendly and treated us the best given our personal circumstances. If you are planning on getting a car Chevy dealership in queens New York is the best place to go. To Russell and Meran thank you again we are very grateful for your hard work. Update: Almost 4 weeks later my car that I traded in is still not paid off at the financing bank! No one at Sunrise will return my calls!!!???? Whats going on??? Needless to say Im unhappy! If I could give zero stars I would!

I went with my My daughter to Sunrise to a purchase 2 vehicles.They have a vehicle that I would love to have purchased. we worked with 2 sales people who were really good Dwayne and Raul the problem came with the sales manager. as I'm looking over I can see Dwayne going back-and-forth with the sales manager. We were using an outside credit source as MCU who referred us to this dealership. He didn't want to give us the internet price instead he wanted to give me a $50000 price on a 2019 used vehicle.. it was stated from.the beginning Do not run how credit because she is going to an outside source instead they ran how credit with 5 different banks. When it came time to do to adfrustration deal with another Find that guy by the name Dominic Dominic he said well that's just the way it is because you feel to have a credit application that was not explained in the beginning and if the sales manager was going to do that then he should have got out his seat and explained. Dominic clearly saw my daughter was upset and was dismissive I do not agree with their response to her which States I do not agree with their response to her which States By telling the sales manager to move on that the deal wouldn't work work as a professional what you're gonna say to the salesman you should not say in front of the customer. And to state to me im not being treated wrong because he has a black girlfriend says and speaks volumes. Training is needed. I asked many how long they have been working there answer i received from 5 people 3weeks - 1yr. The turnover rate is very high . A waist of 5 hrs.
