They ruined everything!!! In 2017 and before 2017 everything went smooth, they did a great job. But something has changed 7 months ago. They shut down my website for a week just before Christmas, because they have difficulties with the migration (that was the excuse). 101domain presented a completely unacceptable support behavior in the last 2 weeks. They untalented system administrators did not find the way how can get back my lost data... I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get back my website with all of my articles and posts. Their communication skill is poor as well. Their low quality support team and system admin team deserve only 0.25 star, 1 star is too much to them. I really disappointed! I'm really not satisfied!

Support takes long to respond. Sometimes even several days. Other than this they are fairly decent service provider.
