I reached out to Plach when I found a vehicle online. Many details were worked out regarding the sale as I live over 2 hours away. I appreciated the effort at this point. What I didn't appreciate is that it was never mentioned that this "new" vehicle had hundreds of scratches on every panel of it, likely due to a buffer or a snow rake as they suggested after I questioned it. It is very hard to believe that no one knew about the paint damage to this vehicle. The owner was called over but never did show up. We finally just left. Honesty is always appreciated (especially on a large purchase) and we definitely did not get that here.
Brought my vehicle in be checked out as I had no tail lights. The headlight switch was shot. Upon getting it back fuses were all over the dash and a relay. Back seat pushed forward without tilting the bottom seat up first. Then as I'm in the waiting room I overheard the parts dept guys saying they couldn't get the part. So they said they'd get it from ROCK Auto. And they'd have to mark it up. Its 245 online. My repair estimate had it down as 425. Just for the part. And when leaving I started my truck and now it makes a noise it didn't make before. This estimate cost me 125 bucks. Oh ya the fuse cover was half off under the hood. Not the service I expected.
