Awful these people are ridiculous the more i look over this contract the dumber it gets. These people are no good a rip off. 2500 for a dag ol service fee.. 168.. for documemt fee haha they doubled my car without me knowing. This is ridiculous i recommend no one to them. I wouldnt give them even one star. They make up alot of junk. Then they won't let me.opt out because they're so money hungry. They take advantage of ppl and its just shameful.
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with! The service department is absolutely terrible. Keep your car for several hours and then it's done and you never hear anything for hour on end. Have been told about get receipts mailed to me and haven't received a single one. They told me last oil change that I had 3 recalls on my truck and I took my truck in and they called the next day and said there was no recalls and they refused to pay for my Uber to get there.
Lucky to have Don working for this great team. He was very professional and knowledgable of everything. Made my decision easy and fun! Will be back in the future!
The service department's lack of communication is RIDICULOUS. If I wasn't hung up on, told "call you right back" with no call back, or told a lie, I was told some ridiculous "update" on my Jeep. I highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere.
