Made an appointment and when we arrived the guy was dismissive of our concerns regarding the vehicle and said it would be 1-2 hours before they could look at it. It took almost 6 hours from my appointment time to get a call saying "vehicle is ready." I had to ask what the issues were and if any work was done to which they then explained what they believe the concern is and they didn't know if I would want the recommended service. Basically if I didn't ask on the call which came about an hour or so before they close for the day I probably would not have been given the info or option. I was very displeased with the fact that it took 6 hours just to get a call saying all done and no option of getting the work done. I felt they were dismissive of us and the insane diagnostic fee was ridiculous. When we bought the vehicle from them we were lead to believe that we could bring the vehicle there for service under the warranty and would only pay the fee if we went elsewhere. So now we have to go somewhere else for another opinion with a service dept that may actually listen to us and not be so unpleasant. They are costing us more money because I don't trust what they said since they were so "oh well" about it. I'm pretty annoyed that we are paying for a warranty through this dealership now.

I'll update this one this has been corrected. Me and my fiance traded in a car here. 2 months later we get a towing bill from the car we traded In saying it's at South metro towing. I sold the vehicle to you guys through trade in. What have you done

Sunshine went above and beyond for us. They supported us when our Chevrolet (that we had purchased out of state at a different dealership) had problems and needed to be replaced. There were other dealerships that were are not will to help to the this extent. Great Job!

Recently visited Sunshine Chevrolet to replace my worn out tires on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Spoke with Trent in the parts department who gave me a great deal on the tires AND had them the next day. Neal in Service was able to get me scheduled with mounting and balancing of all 5 tires that afternoon. Actually got to meet the service managers dog as well... P.S. They are dog friendly here!!

Waited for half an hour to be helped by someone when I was one of the only customers in the place and all the sales people and receptionist could do was look at me like I was a leper. I thought the point was to SELL CARS! Oh well, I guess they won't be selling one to me.
