We really wanted to have good luck with this dealership but after questioning a price on a truck online it was confirmed to be incorrect. However, the dealer contacted us and told us he could sell us the truck for $xx,000, sounded like a good deal, which we verified twice! So we took a 1/2 day off work went there and test drove the truck we were interested in. Loved it. Went inside to talk numbers only to be told we were quoted the wrong price. Dealer admitted he wasn't paying attention when he sent us an email with the amount. He quoted us with a gas motor not a diesel. And they didn't even try to fix their mistake. Actually they came back with a low ball offer for our vehicle. Talk about a slap in the face. If you are dealing with them be careful.

I can assure you, we did not just see you describe, and unfortunately, with vehicles, as with any other machine, some things go wrong and give no warning or chance to correct before the sale. Sold me a 2010 dodge van with a broken power sliding door. When i requested it fixed.. they waited 3 days called told me that part was no longer available. Yet you can google it and it pops right up. They just didnt want to pay to fix it. I questioned them on the air not getn very cool. Was told they checked it and it was blowin cold. NO it does not. I had freon checked its full yet barely blows cold. I questioned them on the brakes goin all way to floor on occasion. Was told they checked them and they are fine. Obvious they knew these issues was there when selling it. They treated me like a dumb female. Deffinately was caught off that i (a woman) caught the issues and brought it up. This is the 4th vehicle ive bought (will be the last) from this lot and the only one to have issues that was REFUSED to be addressed... wish the old owners still had it l. At least they was honest... smh..
