I spoke to the salesperson and we did not get your credit score - we would only get that with your permission. In the sales presentation, he did ask you about what your payoff and assumed it would be OK to get that whereas you were discussing payments and he was given the information as to who was holding the lien on your trade in. Our apologies for any confusion.
