Called service department and got held up on hold for 10 minutes still didnt get an answer called back an hour later looking for service parts but didnt even get anyone to answer the phone very poor service

I would give zero star but i have to give a minimum of one star. Very rude sales person (Tom). He told us Jaguar Marin will only sell to specific Geography. He asked us where do we live. Is it important on where we live? He also was not very knowledgeable of the F-Pace.
