My experience at Tasca Mazda in Seekonk was horrible from the moment in came in the door . I had an appoinment at 4pm i showed up a 3:52 i had to wait to get checked in and then i went and ask the assistant manager or service if they did oil changes contract which he then said he was not sure . I seen my car go in the bay at 4:26 why would u give me an appoinment at 4 if you were not going to take care of me then it was my first oil change ever since the car is brand new . The the assistant manager when looking around for the "finance manager" which of course he did not found there was another gentle man there but i guess he could not help. Im still waiting for the manager to give me call back about prices. Then 1 hour later my car was done it came out to 99$ i said why that much if online is said 79.99 he said because of taxes a waste fee and a 14$ labor fee. The assistant manager then proceded to tell me that i should have printed and or said something at the begining he said that same comment about 5 times it made feel like he believed i did not understand the language correctly im a bilingual women that is from another country but i can read and write in english very well. Then at the end when i finally paid and went to my car i noticed that they have changed my car maintnance mileage to 5,000 instead of 7,000 that it was before , why would they change something with out asking for my permission that is my car . Lastly the only reason i went there and not Flood Mazda where the car was purchase was because tasca seekonk was close but i have learned my lesson i would never go there again . I did not like the way i was taken care of. And my money and my bussiness will rather go somewhere where i feel that im respected and not looked down at .
Actually, I was in the Quick Lane for service. The staff is always ready to help with problems. They do there best to give accurate wait times. Waiting room is comfortable. I have trusted them with me car for years.
