RUDE!! Your service department Bill would rather argue with me than fix a simple warranty issue. Very unprofessional. The worst experience ever.
I've had multiple experiences with the Harbor Chevrolet Service Department and have never had a good experience. I've have had appointments for oil changes that have taken 4 hours. I've had them try to charge me $100 to "look" at my brakes when I complained of them squeaking. Today I needed an oil change and didn't have an appointment so I was there at 8 am when the service department opened. I was informed by the service department that they would not be able to get this done until 4pm. For those of us that can do math that's 8 hours for a oil change. My grandfather worked at a Chevrolet Car Plant, my uncle works at a Chevrolet Dealer in their service department in a different part of the country, and I have and always will drive a Chevrolet.So you can understand by disgust with the Harbor Chevrolet Service Department and their inability to service customers. The good news is that there are many other Chevrolet Dealers in the LA Area.
