Absolutely atrocious service. I bought a 2016 XC90, and it is an absolute lemon. I have brought it back to Volvo of Palo alto several times for service, and they never fail to provide crummy service. They don't return phone calls, can't tell you when the car will be ready, and generally treat me like I don't matter and they don't care. In my latest service visit, I made an appointment, but when I arrived they told me that they wouldn't be able to service my car that day and probably not the next day either. I will never buy another volvo, and never return to volvo palo alto. They are that bad.

Cost over $826 to replace a defective part installed for $570 by my local mechanic. He was unavailable to replace the part, so refunded my payment. The dealership did a great job, but they are expensive.

We had a great experience at Volvo recently. I dropped my car off because the AC wasnt working. Our service advisor, Gilbert, was fantastic and he was able to get my car in right away. It turned out to be a big job and he was able to get me a nice loaner car for the weekend. My husband also bought a new XC 60 hybrid car with Misa about a week ago. We were short on time and he delivered the car and paperwork to our house.

Service rep is not friendly and try to max his profit, no explanation about repair need. Other dealer has a much more reasonable charge. Only one Ignition Cole is bad, the service rep with glass charge us $1200, we got it fixed with $300
