I recently made my fourth purchase at popular jewelry and I was very disappointed. every time I go back I have to work with a different person and the young girls are aggressive And desperate to make a sale that the experience is an unpleasant one. I bought a 14k gold bracelet with a custom name plate also in 14k. Thats what I ordered and paid for but when I brought to home it was a much lighter color than all of my other gold jewelry I purchased there. Also I really didnt like the name plate. It was so small its barely noticeable and the bracelet itself was too big on my wrist. When I ordered it I had the girl measure the bracelet and I told her I didnt want it to fit so loose. I went over this multiple times. I cant even wear it and I spent so much on it. I also paid extra for a thicker nameplate that wouldnt bend and the plate I got was so cheaply made. And the bracelet had holes in the link and was hollow inside. I definitely overpaid for everything. Im very upset about this. These people are so aggressive to make a sale and move on to the next person that they dont pay any attention to what youre telling them. When I picked it up the girl barely let me look at it. Like I wasnt paying for it. I wasnt even given the chance to properly inspect it. Im very disappointed and will be taking my business somewhere else. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. Especially because I go out of my way to go to this specific location expecting over the top jewelry and this is what I get.

dont be fooled by the celebrity pictures. This place has fake gold and inaccurate diamond weights. I wanted to exchange within 7 days a necklace that didnt fit me right for a better fit and they offered me way less money than I payed for a few days before . Diamonds here are lab diamonds and 10k gold stamped as 14k. Crooks. Stay away
