I feel as though I was lied to. I was up front about needing a dependable vechile for our daughter due to her very rare syndrome. We were told we only needed a few hundred dollars to pay for taxes, title and licensing. A few hundred dollars to me means 500$ or less which we would be able to afford. When we get to the revenue off we're told we need almost 1000$. That is in no way to me a few hundred dollars! Especially when I'm on Social Security Disability!

The only reason I pressed one star because its the lowest I could go.They had my car almost a month and have done absolutely nothing. They didnt communicate with me at all, I had to call them just to find out what was going on. They also leaves you on hold for over 25 min and the come back and place you back on hold. My insurance adjuster never received the first email text or fax from them, I ended up having to send my car to another dealership I will never ever go back to dealership and thats just to put it nicely.

Seldom overly crowded. Staff and customers are just friendlier. Better meats than you can get anywhere else except maybe butcher shop. The pharmacy is where i do most of my business there 12 outta 10 stars,the crew there go above and beyond.

The service department is very customer service friendly. They were prompt and updated us with the details of our vehicle. Big improvements with quality staff working the desk now.

It was a great experience...got in and out quickly for an oil change...would of giving a 5 but my oil filter wasn't tightened good and I had oil leaking in my Garage..took my car back and they fixed the issue with no problems..
