Looked/test drove a used car. Final price W taxes, fees, etc.. $40k "As is" not even a 30 day warranty like most dealerships offer. (The salesman Philip was nice and polite, final price wasn't up to him) The car needed repair & paint. They wouldn't budge $1 on the price, fully knowing it needed to be fixed. Who puts cars on a lot that need to be repaired or fixed!! Wouldn't ever buy a car from them. Buyer beware!

As far as sales end of buying a car here. There in a hurry to get you put into something. I went by took a look at one and come to find out it needed few things fixed and taken care of that was not done prior of me buying. So we sign paperwork and he filled it up with gas to send me off on my way. Well car would not start. This is reason I sold my Porsche. I'm on dialysis and have health issues now so I don't work on cars anymore. I just ge T in them and start them up to take me to dialysis or Dr. Appointment Here I fell they knew about this problem prior of me buying. Now they say they want to take it to dodge dealership. Well I have a problem with dealership in Burlington. For one they lack in experience and if I wanted to buy a car at cox I would not came to Mazda to pick up this car. I'm not happy with this situation. Send you down the road of lemons..I forsee the next thing happen is I'm be caught between 2 dealers and car not fixed.i don't like im paying for a car im not driving

Good car buying experience overall. Started with Chelsea via email and text - very helpful and responsive. She said the car would be ready for us when we arrived and it pulled up front as we were walking in. Worked with Lee to test drive the car - he adapted well to my style of looking at things and asking questions only when I need to. I did my research and he left us to our own devices until we were ready to deal. Terrell was very helpful with the financing options.

brought car in for recalls and they ruined it, they dont take responsibility for there mistakes, can't drive car now.
