We purchased a car, my husband drove it to Ann Arbor the very next day and had to add 4 quarts of oil. We called several times and no one ever returned our calls. We went there and spoke to Brad ( sold us the car) and he said it was perfect he had driven it for a month with his kids in the car. On the day we bought it he said he had driven it for a week, he asked us to leave the premises. We were not belligerent just frustrated. We are both retired my husband is a Vietnam vet and we put hard earned money in cash to pay for that car. A neighbor suggested a car repair shop Elite Auto repair on Groesbeck we took the car there and the people there said they heard that the owner of masters auto or previously JR auto sales was a fair guy that we should go back and speak with the owner directly. We went straight from the auto repair shop to the sales place where we bought the car from, Mike Masters was not there we spoke to another salesman by the name of Larry who promised us he would give the message to the owner when he returns from Miami Florida that was a week ago Thursday we have not heard a word. Today we get a call from the repair shop telling us that the engine is blown . We're devastated we tried to call to contact these people to do things the right way now we have to go to small claims court this is ridiculous. We are asking once again for the owner to contact us Bruce Daigle you have everything there we paid for the car your salesman Brad was shady to say the least we gave him the benefit of the doubt and we are completely devastated this is not the kind of money that people like us can lose.
If you're looking for a good deal with cars you came to the right place good company and deal with I bought a car and I plan on buying more through his company
Bought a 06 Toyota Matrix. When I pointed a few flaws in the vehicle, Brad worked with me on the price. Brad was reasonable and all business. Would suggest folks check them out. Don't forget you are buying a used car, so don't be surprised when maintenance and repairs may be necessary.
