I do remember your vehicle, someone had installed a fuse with the improper amperage and it had burned the harness behind the dash for the brake light switch which required removal of the dash to repair the harness. If you could call with the name of person here who said you would be charged again I will address your complaint. That is not how I operate this business.

Normally I wouldn't even respond to this type of review. But here I need to set the record straight. Justin, I gave you job here. You quit after a week. Everyone here treating you good, tried to help and teach you, let you use their tools but you made a decision to leave right in the middle of the day. You couldn't even come talk with me, you had to text your resignation. What you have posted here is inflammatory, untrue, slanderous, completely false and defaming. You had nothing to do with pricing or talking to customers. You were never a customer here. You know nothing about us and who we are as people because you never really wanted to know.

10 years ago took in a van with an electrical problem.. The owner identified the problem immediately, made the repair in the parking lot, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and there was no charge for the service. No problems requiring service at Auto electric until now. Made an appointment for an older car with a battery which would go dead overnight and have to be jumped off each morning. Dropped the car off for the appointment at 4:50 pm the evening before the date of the appointment. Received a call by 8:30 am after telling me the problem was located and resolved. Highly recommend. Quick, professional, and quality work.
