Wow, to us they didn't seem to want to make a sale. The sad thing is that we had purchased there before and had a great experience there to make a return. Our salesman who we requested met us for only a short time but then had to leave. He handed us over to another that seemed like he really didn't want to help. We began telling him about the vehicle we were looking for and what mileage range and of coursethe price. He just kept showing us overpriced vehicles that where way overpriced. When we told him about another Ford dealership and what they were pitching, all he could state, that's probably where you might want to go. So we told him thanks and walked back to our vehicle. As we were getting into our vehicle he then states, why don't you make me an offer. Look if you don't want to help, listen and together figure out something especially a returning customer who's been loyal. Super easy, and not pressured at all, highly recommend going to Steve Hancock he helped me get a super good deal for a first time buyer with no credit. Will definitely go back in the future for more business.
