They lied to me, said I was getting my car on a 5 year, turned out it was 6 year, and their service center SUCKS! Rude manager who acts like your stupid. I have 4 recall notices, tried to make appointments for, they said they'd call me, 2 years later NO call. NEVER again! They couldn't GIVE me a car for free as I know they're snakes.
DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! Dropped off my car here about a month ago to have my car serviced for a bad taillight, was never fixed. The first time i dropped off the car i had to leave it at the dealer for about 3 days. Got a call from kyle saying that the car is ready to be delivered. Unfortunately, when i got to the dealership, I was told that the keys were lost! I had aftermarket security key on there as well as some other miscellaneous items on the key chain. So he told me that he had to key replaced free of charge because it was there fault. So we went to take a look at the vehicle and found that the taillight was still not working at all! I showed this to Kyle and he told me he wants more time with the vehicle, also stated he will bring a Mitsubishi Rep to also take a look at the car. After about a week, being a little frustrated and all because they haven't contacted me yet. I called them and had to leave a message to please get back to me so i know the status of the vehicle. They did not get get back to me at all, and never got a call back. I had to call and keep calling just so i know what's going on!!!! After about a couple days of this, i got a hold of kyle and he told me the vehicle should be ready the next day. So i told to them i will order an uber go get the car. The next day, i go to LibertyVille Mitsubishi, spoke with kyle and made sure everything is in tip top shape with the car. BE IN MIND I WAS TOLD THE CAR WILL BE READY BY TODAY! Kyle gives me the keys to the car and i went to go try to start the car. Funny, the car did not start at all! I took an uber here figuring that i will be driving my own car home. Kyle told me he needs more time with the vehicle. So he got a porter to give me a ride back home. A couple days later i got a call saying the car is ready to be picked up. Today is the day the car should be in tip top working condition. I got there and kyle just handed me the keys and i checked the car and inspected it so the issue wouldn't happen. Everything seemed promising and then the tail light stops working AGAIN! i will be speaking up.

we drove 3 hours out to go potentially buy a car when we arrived we took a look at the car it had way more damages to the car then what we had thought was on the car orginally and two different representatives told us that. We asked for the car fax then another employee yells across the building that we would have to pay and do it our own phones very rude after this we didn't really want to do business with this place anymore so we give them our final offer and they reject it we ask them about another car they have for sale they say they have sold it so we leave .we leave and get a text from them saying the other car is in another lot. We drive back sit and talk to the manager again we tell him if he gives us the carfax we will take the car at his asking price he says that carfax doesn't always show everything we finally agree he goes and prints it off. He cmes back with the paper and says "I STAND CORRECTED THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT SIDE" . At this point we had reached the pinical of our frustration so we left empty handed and I will never go back and will recommend this place to anyone not only for their lack of customer service but also for their hiding of damages to the car if you ever have purchased anything from here or plan on it you will stand corrected.
