After our previous experience with a different dealership we were a bit on guard with purchasing a new vehicle. We are out of state residents so the process was a little bit more of a headache than we anticipated. Our salesman AJ was great, he had excellent communication and always made sure to keep us reassured about the sale. Would highly recommend him again. When it came to the financing side they seemed a bit lost as to what to do for out of state customers. The financing lady could use a little more customer service however. Im not sure if she was preoccupied with something but she rushed through all the paperwork and didnt explain anything. While I appreciate fast service I also kind of felt like she rushed through so fast to hide something. Whether or not thats true its just the way my husband and I felt as we left. All in all our experience was good dealing with Concord Chevrolet.
Took my car in for service. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hrs. Since I was a walk in, I said that was fine. I ended up waiting 4.25 hrs. They also said they needed to install a new air filter and would have to order it. That was 8 days ago, and I still haven't heard anything!
