Pretty brilliant bait and switch. Lured us down with a promise to hold a vehicle on a deposit, and then said someone got there first so here, buy this WAY more expensive vehicle. Smart as hell from a seller's point of view, but not a place that is customer friendly at all. Buyers beware, they lure you in as any sales person will, but what sets them apart is the deposit claim on cars. Definitely would not recommend.

I would like to call this place a double edged sword. To start off I would like to recognize the people who helped out drastically. Kim in the Service Department was fantastic, the techniciain (unfortunately, I did not catch his name) and the Service Manager Luis. Where the problem lays in this situation is the mear unprofessionalism that I recieved from the General Manager, in which his own staff admitted to their wrong doing. Although he attempted to resolve the situtation, they were cracking jokes while I was explaining the issue that occurred. To get the General Manager to understand the damage that was done to my property, I had to suggest him to follow me outside to look at the damages. He proceeded to argue with my the entire way to my vehicle (he has yet to see the damages). After reviewing the damages done, as our discussion was getting no where, he walked away towards an area where over 5 of his employees where standing, and was talking negatively about me (yelling it out) to this group of employees. I have never experienced this amount of disrespect from a person in such a high management position, who is supposed to resolve customer issues and represent a business. This is NOT the only poor experience with this dealership I have experienced. I've sent many people to buy here including two of my immediate family members. What is more upsetting than anything, the experience I received was over a set of $3,200 wheels. I specifically advised them that I do not want my vehicle cleaned (although this may not have made it to Kim this was not her fault as she was just trying to help - from start to finish). Of course, they cleaned my vehicle causing damage to my polsihed forged wheels that require a special way to have them cleaned. These wheels are two weeks old, and have residue which appears as acid or a degreasser left in the sun on them. Luis, the Service Manager, was able to come to an agreement with me to help me get the wheels cleaned and fixed. I placed a review of my experience on Facebook (which every person is allowed to do). I recieved a call from Luis stating that the General Manager was NO LONGER willing to fix their mistakes, because I posted a bad review on Facebook. All in all, if you need service done on your vehicle see Kim and Luis.
