Tried three times and over $1100 to get a problem fixed. After breaking down in Phoenix for the same problem that was supposed to be fixed took the truck to a shop that specializes in fixing the problem. Was told the entire job had been done wrong. Because we didnt take it to a dealership to be repaired Classic said they wouldnt refund any money. After last conversation with the Service Manager he said he would check with his superiors to see if we could get a refund. That was Jan 8 and weve heard nothing back.

My daughter took her truck up their yesterday to get brakes done and they are giving her the run around with other stuff to fix. Wanted more money to fix brakes and go today to get it and brakes still don't work and they hit the driver door into another car, said it was their fault but don't seem worried about it. All she wanted was the brakes fixed. My husband could have done it for less than what they are wanting her to pay. I would not pay anything until it was fixed.
