We have a very busy shop at times but we always answer our phone. We have multiple phones however we only have one phone line. We often times have our sales team answer one of the many phones away from the main showroom, so they can have a quiet place to talk to the customers who call. This is what most likely happened during your most recent visit to our store. Getting a hold of this place and being a person from out of town is very difficult especially if you have a out of town phone number phone calls are screened so they pick and choose to answer the phone I've even went to the shop and called and watch them look at the phone and set it right back down so be careful if you're from out of town with a different area code outside of 765 dropping your stuff off and trying to check up for updates You're more than likely be ignored

You have now made two reviews with two different complaints as stated in the first review on Facebook we had made multiple attempts to correct things with you including a overcharge refund, a discounted job and a warranty on an item. We had also given you an opportunity for credit towards an upgraded stereo system. Yes our prices are a reflection on the recent economic changes related to the corona virus and limited availability of stock. We continue to strive to have quality products with warranties for our customers. Our install fees are a flat rate instead of hourly. The variance in price is depending on the brands of products that accompanies the installation. And as previously stated on the Facebook review We unfortunately do not sell L brackets for the mounting of subs in store, but did provide you with the information needed to acquire them.

The owner is rude he does not make things right an feels that a unsatisfied customer is not worth his time prices are high an they make up installation fees as they go not very professional do not recommend them! They also do not mount your subs amp etc.
