My experience with the service department is very poor. This dealership is very unprofessional in its manner to serve the customer. I had parts broken by the certified technicians that they did not stand behind, as well as got charged for extra parts. The service members treated me very rudely with a very disrespectful tone and language. They are a dealership that did not give me an estimate of the work to be done, and was not willing to satify the customer. They were willing to tell me as a customer they did not care if I was a return customer or not. I would not recommend this service department to anyone needing repairs done to their vehicle
Called in to tell them what was going on with my front tire. Told me they could take care of it right away and was probably a tire sensor problem. They replaced it and was on my way home. Can't beat their service department employees....they are the best!
Randy in the service department helped me out from start to finish. He was great to work with and kept me in the loop of everything going on. Also thank you to Mark White for getting the parts in fast so my truck was ready for pick up when I was told it would be done. Always a pleasure doing work with George Whites of Ames, Thank you.
The workers were nice, but the car I borrowed was so disgustingly dirty with bandages and gauze around the car. They also screwed my dash in too tightly by a little bit and the screen is now unevenly colored. The issue I came in for is fixed though.
