They had the vehicle I wanted in a trim difficult to get. Salesperson helped (a lot), but sales mgr didn't hold up to his words (-1 star). Other sales ppl played hard too (-1 star). I had quotes from other dealerships so they eventually made a deal, but this felt like old school negotiations...

Visited today to take a look at RAM 1500. Their website says "Final Price: $60998", but the sales person said there is dealer markup of $5k so their sale price is $65998. Their definition of "Final Price" seems very different.

Paul the service technician was excellent got the part a week earlier and got taken care of and they washed the car
They are not the best dealer out there, but honestly, if you're looking for a good, honest dealer, you may be looking intel the end of time! This place has a nice staff of friendly car salesman, they are good to help you around, and show you the cars, when it comes to actual questions and specifics of the cars though, they will struggle a bit. Ultimately, I liked the overall vibe from this place, and I think I will be purchasing my Rubicon from here.

Made an appt to have warranty work on 2020 grand Cherokee. Got to dealership. Service dept under construction and not accessible with no people there to tell you where to go. Circle the dealership 3 times and finally figure out where to drop off car because I actually saw a person. Go to office. Tell them my problem and drop off car. No call on Monday on status. Tuesday still no call. I call dealership. Person answered and transferred call and left message. No call back. Then receive a text at 4:00 saying part ordered and wont be in for a week. Please pickup car. I tell them what time should I come to pickup jeep. Come after 10:30am so we can wash your car. I get there the next day. 10:35. He says car still being washed. Can you wait for a couple minutes? Sure, Ill look at new Jeeps. 15 minutes go by then I see my car coming. Not washed. He said the guys were at lunch. 1030am. I didnt care that they didnt wash the car but why make me wait all that time? Needless to say, Jeep still not fixed. Not really happy and they insisted I do this survey. Hopefully, better service the next time around.
